Instructions how to reset your password are provided below:
By now you should have received an email from VCHI staff with a link to reset your password. If you believe you haven’t receive such email, check your junk/spam folders. You can also follow this link to reset your password or login. Then:
1. You will be taken to a screen that will look like this. Click on “Lost your password?” link
2. Enter the email address you use to login on innovatevirginia.healthdoers.org community site:
3. This is the email you will receive from VCHI to reset your password. Please, check your spam/junk if it does not come in your inbox within 3-5 min.
4. The system will offer you a password but you can use any password you believe is safe, strong, and easy to remember. Once done, click Reset Password. You will see a screen confirming that the password is reset and you can now login to our new community page.
